Behind the frontend of this site lies a bespoke content management system allowing Nick Barrett, Scutcher's owner, to update the restaurant's menu and wine list as often as it changes inhouse. This serves to keep people returning to the website in order to find new additions to what's on offer and, in turn, generate repeat business for the restaurant itself.
